In contrast, opened a new ISA with Vida Savings on a Tuesday, all set up and able to login within 10 minutes to view the account.
Requested an ISA transfer during opening process and money arrived from other provider on the Friday.
Excellent service and I assume they checked my ID electronically.
Never been with them before.

I've always had a good experience with Vida - quick to respond to queries and transfers in and out have been quick. Just goes to show his variable experiences can be.
