Contacted Charter, the ISA that still shows is obsolete because of the 30 day limit and I can just open a new one at whatever the current rate is.
The reason it`s still open is because sometimes transfers are delayed and they allow a bit extra time for them.
Other thing, got through to Charter adviser immediately after the usual options list.3 -

Just in case anyone missed it, Virgin Money is increasing the rate on its easy access exclusive ISA from 3% to 3.75% on 1st June.
@Kazza242 has already added this on page 1 with a link.
Breaking news! We’re boosting our M Plus Saver rate to 3.03% AER3 (variable) and Easy Access Cash ISA Exclusive to 3.75% AER/tax-free (variable) from 1 June 2023. For new and existing current account customers (exclusions and terms apply).

Amazing how the ISA fixed savings rates have kick on. I took out a 2 year fix with Shawbrook at 4.20%. Lol, how I got this wrong. Anyone thinking of forfeiting a penalty to transfer your money elsewhere?
