West Brom - you can enter transfer details when applying - unsure if you can do it later once opened.

when you apply, it will say the account will take a few days to open, but last time I opened a fix with WB, it was opened next day.

I went for this today as a new home for an existing Monument flexible ISA @ 3.74% and will also add new money too from this year's allowance (at least £1) when opened - I selected both transfer and new money when applying.
