I had an easy access ISA with Vida last year. Absolutely no problems at all. I transferred out to a fix with Tandem in April, took 2 days. Would definitely use them again.

No not yet. I read you have to transfer at time of application but my Shawbook will change to easy access on 04 Sep so I need to wait for the new account number.

Vida are good. Have been with them a couple of times.
UK call centre, and you can get through to a human almost immediately when you need to phone them.
Transfers have always been super quick. Like 2 days.

The default Shawbrook maturity account (0.1%) keeps the same account number. You only need to wait if you’ve Shawbrook instructions to move your reinvest in their easy access ISA, which will get a new account number.

Yes I've already instructed them.to.move to easy access as I've not had much luck with transfers this past year.

Just going back a couple of days to my question about Coventry and transferring into an existing fixed (Issue 333). I've requested the transfer, my Kent Rel that is maturing is still on the old system - so the account number they user (Letters and numbers - is the Roll number). No Sort code / Account number needed (at the moment) on the Coventry form.
Assuming it should all go through fine :-)

it will be fine - just the KR account number in the reference/roll number field is all they need.
