Cash ISAs: The Best Currently Available List

Thanks! I banked with Chase from august 25 - august 26 and they are app only, has been smooth. Kept my Bank Of Scotland current account live as my mainstream account but used Chase solely for easy access savings.
Have you had to access money in your Monument account? If so, has it been easy enough?

@Coistyyy , I had an ISA with Monument for a few months (recently transferred to Progressive), and my mum still has one with them. I personally can’t fault them, never had an issue and transfers in and out are instant

Monument ISAs. I would never use them again.
I opened their Easy Access Cash ISA @ 4.76% on 21 March 2025. On 29 May 2025 it was reduced to 4.17%. This was a 0.59% drop after only a 0.25% drop in Bank of England rate to 4.25%

I had a similar experience to Flobbalobbalob, after waiting for their transfer in to become available (it wasn't at the time), I think i had 6 weeks of the headline rate. While it's accepted that variable rate carries a risk of reduction, I did not expect such a significant one within 6 weeks in the environment where the BOE rate did not drop the same, nor competitors, after supporting a new product and navigating their teething issues with transfers.
The app functions well and transfer out was quick, although that might have been as much attributable to the new provider as monument.

Thanks all.
some concerning feedback on Monument then.
it’s not the best rate but sounded like it suited what i was after - transfer in, flex ISA, and offered a savings account at 4.5% as i’d have more than 25k with them.
Reviews on MoneyBox ISA withdrawal cash transfers are slow, despite one of the best rates I can see. I would be more inclined to open that if withdraws were quick alongside a new SAGA savings accounts at 4.5ish %
the dilemma. current ISA & chase saver maturing at the end of this month. ahhh 🤯

Been with them since April on a boosted rate. No issues and no random rate reductions

Been with Monument since April, transferred in easily from Chip, some issues transferring in from Tandem but compensated for that.
Rate has been good with the bonus, got £80 in refferals & the payments in/out are lightning quick.
Would recommend so far.

Zopa Cash ISA
Just up to date information for anyone wanting to Transfer Into Zopa
Transfers in are not accepted right now
I’d opened a fixed 1yr ISA pot and wanted to transfer in a maturing fix from Shawbrook but it’s not clear until after the Zopa ISA is opened
(I’m already a Zopa customer so opening was almost instant) then I tried to set up the transfer to then be told in a pop up message.
I then went through to chat/help to be told since the new App update they are still working to fix the ISA transfer in option

Thank you for that. I was thinking exactly the same as I'm also a customer.
Other alternatives are Vida and Coventry.

Zopa Fix
The information I was given that they can’t say when transfers in will restart.
My Shawbrook matures 9th Sept so I was just getting aheadWas just easier as I was already a Zopa customer.
Have you used Vida ?
I did consider Vida last year how are they to deal with ?0
