Cash ISAs: The Best Currently Available List

I'm also considering Charter for their one-year fixed rate, unless something better appears in the next week or so …

I've just opened Charter's 4.54% 1 year Fixed ISA as a maturity option for last year's Charter 1 year Fixed ISA (maturing 21/05). It was not listed in Charter's maturity options, but they do point out that other products may be available at a better rate and you are free to choose your own option with any of their products, or elsewhere.
The reason I mention this is, although I have opted for the 4.54% ISA now, if another better one comes along up to two days before maturity date, I can repeat the process of opening the new one and nominate it instead of the 4.54% one. This way, I have secured a maturity option of at least 4.54% with little effort 😀

Just had an email in from Investec, 1 yr fixed ISA at 4.56%0 -
Already on Moneyfacts site, looked promising, but doesn't accept cash transfers!

Thanks, didn't go through all the blurb with the Investec ISA as I'm sorted until next fixed ISA matures in August.

Exactly - Some great deals, but it's the restrictions within the T&C's that often make a few unattractive for those who wish to transfer. Swings and roundabouts 🙄.
Having said that, it's always beneficial to look at any maturity options from a current provider, as sometimes higher interest rates are offered to those who already hold investments with that organisation or a present rate can be reserved, even if you have a change of mind within 24-48 hours before maturity and transfer elsewhere because of a higher interest rate.
In addition, if you take out a fixed rate cash ISA with a funding window / 14-21 day cooling off period; per the T&C's, if the provider offers a new issue at a higher interest rate, you have the right to contact your provider and ask them to upgrade / transfer your ISA into the new higher rate, along with any interest - I've done this a couple of times 😉.

Money facts should really allow you to filter out those that don't allow transfers

@ dlevene There is a filter on Moneyfacts using the blue 'Full Search' button at the top right hand corner of the table on the webpage - It took me ages to find it, as it's so well hidden 🙄😕.

I get round that by selecting a random amount over £20,000.00 in the "amount you want to invest box" given that the only way you can put in more than 20,000 is by transferring in.
