I'd rather go with someone with a higher rate and allows 3 withdrawals than Monument. That's a low interest rate.

anyone actually had their hsbc isa transfers gone through or even heard from them? surely 10 days is enough to at least acknowledge receipt? Their bonus is time limited. Getting nowhere trying to ring them
and the chat is hopeless …..

Good, but it's not an ISA.
Wrong thread.

Yes, opened HSBC Cash ISA on 30/03/2026 and transfer completed today (dated 10/04/2026) and letter and 47 page ISA terms and conditions dropped through my letterbox this morning 13/04/2026.
I then spent 30 mins on the phone to HSBC asking if I could also add new cash for this tax year (given the 30 day funding window), I didn't get a clear response, they said I could use the transfer in pdf form to add new cash, I wasn't convinced by the answer so opened a cash ISA with someone else, shame it would have probably made the cashback 250 quid rather than 150 quid.

And you've also heard of people having no issues transferring out too.
Remember to look at the T&C's carefully. Alot of these higher rate accounts apply to new money only from this year and don't apply to money transferred in.

Thanks. It will be new money I'm looking to move into an ISA. Monument don't have an app which may make it difficult managing on mobile

Monument is app only?

Regarding Monument I believe there are referrals available that give you £50 bonus for depositing 10k into their ISA. I don't have a monument account so this isn't an advert for my refferal links haha, I'm just saying, i've seen it around.
I wonder if you would get away with depositing the 10k to get the bonus paid (which is within a couple of days by all accounts) and then transferring back out into a fixed rate, like I would like to try. I guess they will probably grab the bonus back knowing my luck!

Monument is APP only.
Bonus of £50 if you refer someone.
Bonus got paid within 24 hours to the linked bank account.-So they cannot grab it back :

Might work….
However the Referal period ENDS on 15th April so do it quick :)
