Could one of you wonderful people please point me in the direction of syns online? Can't find it for the life of me

Dear all,
am 5ft 7" and 11 stone 10lbs. I have tried several diets but have got no patience and want quick results.
Have decided to give "The Ultimate New York Body Plan" a go by David Kirsch.
It is a two week very intensive programme of exercise and healthy eating.
I am on day 4 of the plan and my clothes feel looser already. I also have a lot more energy. The exercise are very difficult. I had a lot of muscle pain the first day or two. However he is very evangelical on the DVD telling you how great you will look if you follow the programme and it has motivated me.
Feel very commited to doing the two weeks, and then doing his maintenance plan.
Will let you know how much weight/inches I lose.
Regards

Just been refused life insurance because I am overweight.
Oh dear. Better do something about it.
So I off to start reading this thread for some more inspiration and will be back soon!
Might be worth a trip to GP to see if you can get exercise on prescription and/or dietician, also to check your blood pressure, cholesterol etc. You can do the last two at quite a few pharmacies, including larger branches of Boots.Signature removed for peace of mind0 -
I go back to slimming world tonight- have not been there for four weeks during which I have not been following the plan
Dreading the weigh in:eek:"This site is addictive!"
Wooligan 2 squares for smoky - 3 squares for HTA

elona, good luck I'm sure it won't be bad at all
Savvy sue, brilliant advice for charlotte 664
Bluenose1, good luck with your plan, I've never even heard of it. I'm just 11stone 9 now and 5ft 5, so similar to you.
I still have long way to go until I'll be at my ideal weight. It's great though as I was 14stone 7lb when I was pregnant and dropped a stone after a few days of having her and then when I started posting on this thread I was 12stone 11 (i think). The support on here has helped me to lose weight.WW Gold Member, trying to maintain !!!Hayden born July 07Tabitha born April 05Poppy born July 030 -
In the month I did not go to SW I put on 5lbs!
As my weight had been creeping up anyway - I MUST do something.
Got back on the plan this morning - it is a red day so had a huge (counted) breakfast and plan to make home made turkey burgers tonight with veggies.
Yesterday DH saw me about to eat 1 small bread roll with grilled bacon on it - decided to save me from myself by halfing it with me!
We all know what I did the minute he was out of the door!!!!
Stuffed myself silly with things I do not even like:eek:
Still now I have been weighed I at least know the worst and can get back on track.
Keeping a food diary and may start posting any weight loss with my signature to encourage myself."This site is addictive!"

jenpoptab, I'm sure those culottes will look fantastic
I'm trying to hold out until I've lost 2 stone then I'll go buy some more work blouses, as the ones I have now are getting quite roomy and starting to look too big - which is great as it means I've lost inches but bad as it means I have to buy more work stuff! Nice loss by the way and I'm sure the dress you bought looked fabulous.
Hi charlotte664, I haven't been refused insurance but I do remember that I had my policy rated as I was too overweight. Was a bit embarassing and also has cost me quite a few quid over the years because I was paying an inflated premium! I'm looking forward to when I can apply for a policy and not have the rating applied. You are more than welcome to stick around here and pick up any tips or generally get motivation from the others on here - we seem to chivvy each other up and help out when someone has a bad week.
Hi bluenose1, not heard of that diet before but hey if it works for you go for it! I'm a firm believer that there is a diet out there that will suit you and you just have to find it, then success will followHopefully this is yours, let us know how you get on?
elona, you've taken the hardest step and that was back through the door to club! Now you are back on the regular path I'm sure you'll be fine. You decided you wanted to do something about the gradual creep so I know that you have the right head on again for dieting. Good luck hun & let us know how you are doing
I'm really excited right now as boyfriend has just been over on a visit to view a house that I saw and fell in love with (to rent). We've said yes to that now so just waiting for the paperwork and maybe 6-7 weeks before the place is ours. It'll be our first place together and bf will be moving over once he has graduated from his Masters course in (hopefully) a few weeks. Let's hope all this nervous energy I am feeling reflects on the scales with a weight loss on Tuesday!
Good luck everyoneSad because you don't know what to do? Comping question? Take a look in the Comping Guide to find out0 -
Hi All,
Can I join? I am not too sure how you work here. I have been on the OS forum for a couple of weeks and Squeaky has kindly pointed me in your direction. I have pield on the weight after having 3 kids in 2 1/2 years and suffering with PND, basically been stuffing myself silly for the last 3 years
