    Must remember not to cook everyday biscuits- or fruit loaf - or fruit cake - or if I do - NOT to eat some of them myself!!!!!:eek:

    Just thought I would let you know that I have been able to lose around 24 kilos, or 4 stones in 4 months.

    I dropped from just under 97 kilos to my current weight which is 73.4 kilos.

    Just do not eat any breakfast or lunch, and cycle around 20 miles a day - 10 miles in the morning and 10 milles back after work.

    I want to hit 65 kilos, so hopefully by christmas or January, I should have made it.

    I have got to 11stone 7lb, so i think that's 2lb off since last time I lost weight. Have stayed same for few weeks and I think going back to work has helped a bit.

    Hi Jenpoptab,

    Probably not, but its a risk that I have acccepted.

    I am now 72.9 kilos, once I hit my target weight, I will continue to cycle, but also eat 3 meals a day, thus, sustaining my weight...so hopefully I've only got another month or two of starvation to go!

    Kam, well done with weight loss. I don't know if I could manage all day without any food. My dad regularly does but he doesn't do the amounts of exercise that you do.

    When the weather gets cold, a nice bowl of hot porridge might be good before you set out on your bike! It's a good food for those of us wanting to lose weight!

    Hi everyone, I have just come out of hospital today ,I have decided that I have to lose a lot of weight,I am 97kilos,while in hospital all the medical staff kept telling me I was morbidley obese and I need to lose weight,I am 5ft 4" and should weigh about 9 stone,I had my thyroid gland removed 18 months ago and since then my weight has gone up,the doctors have told me I will have to try 3 times harder than anyone else to lose weight,maybe I should just eat vegetables and fruit and a multi vitamin tablet each day and see how I go,unless anyone else can help me.You all seem to be doing a great job of losing weight and keeping motivated.
