At least you didnt put on, so just keep at it & I am sure the weight will drop off soon.

This week, ive done my usual Mon, Wed, Wed gym routine & there again tomo & sat morning, phew!!! I dont feel any thinner though, despite having eaten extremely well - too scared to weigh myself.

Why is this so hard? Weight falls off my sister without her having to try!! :0(

ms_london, thanks. I'm not too worried, as you say it was better than putting on. It was my wedding Anniversary at weekend and it all went horribly wrong when we ended up @ pizza hut rather than the mexican we wanted, then we went to cinema and we had m&m peanuts, so all terribly bad stuff, but I had a great time eating it!

By the sound of it you are doing great with the gym routine, don't worry about your sister, I bet she envies things about you too.

I went to get weighed last night in real trepidation as I had put back a stone of the weight that I had lost and have been trying desperately to "get back into it".

I lost 4 lbs!!! So pleased I nearly cried.

Have put it in my sig and will update it every week so I can keep focused!

Writing everything down really seems to help as is putting myself first for once when it comes to menu planning.

I stayed the same again. I haven't been trying, have been worrying needlessly about returning to work.

I am scared to get weighed tonight.

Made everyday biscuits last night and ate about six of them!!!!

Must remember that just because it is home made - that does not mean that I should not count it!

If it was me, I'd have licked the bowl out as well ... :o

Seem to have stabilised / started to lose again - but oh so slowly!

Going back to work at least means I am walking quite a bit on those days, but I get soooo tired. I worked Tuesday and Wednesday, and have now spent this morning in bed. But at least I wasn't eating while I was there! :D

We can do it, can't we????

I think when it's as miserable a day as it is today (weather wise), it makes you want to eat.

Unless you spend all your waking hours on MSE ... haven't even had my lunch yet, and it'll soon be time for tea! Must get out for a walk, methinks!
