Sue thanks for the link to your oats saga - some of those breads sound very tasty and I'm sitting here now fancying some fresh cooked bread - I'll go have an apple instead and pretend that has killed the craving!
First of all an apology... sorry folks, tonight at club I ran in got weighed and ran out (as the parents are on holiday I needed to get back while I still had mosquito free daylight to feed and water the chickens), because I was in such a rush I forgot to get the SW website passwordAlthough jelly will still work for a few more days I wish I had gotten this weeks code! I'll do better next week - promise!
When I weighed in tonight I had lost 1/2lb - which I was pleased about as that would have been worked off today and yesterday as I was back at work and the boyfriend flew back home on Sunday.
Certainly aiming for 2 or 3lbs next week so we'll see how I go with that one
I'm also really quite proud of myself about the stairs thing I mentioned a few posts back. I decided that instead of taking the lift up to my 2nd floor office, I'd walk up the stairs instead - hoping to shift some of the stubborn pounds that haven't come off while I was sitting on my behind doing nothing. I have managed to resist the draw of the lift and walked up the stairs yesterday and todayCan definitely carry on with the stairs now - may not sound like a major achievement to you guys but by golly, for me it is! ;D

If you go online there are new recipes etc and it will really help give you ideas and motivate you.
Good luck.
I have lost 2 and a half stone but am sticking and cannot get round to losing more. Not their fault - mine.
Can anyone help me I used to go to the slimming world classes and each week we used to get a password to access online syns calculator
However I cannot afford to go anymore but still want to stay on the diet are there any kind people who would be able to share the password with me each week..
Thanks Guys0 -
Hi guys, thanks for being so encouraging, it truly helps! I am trying to come up with a plan to my dieting, whether I will follow an actual diet (WW, Slimmingworld etc) or just cut out carbs or just reduce all my food etc. I want to join a gym again but haven't got the money. Signed up with a temp agency today and will hopefully start earning soon. Also, I am hoping that if I go to work I can take a really healthy packed lunch and then have no choice but to eat that. I got an abshaper of freecycle and am now looking for a bike as well. Tried to go running last week and almost died....My lungs hurt SO much! Wonder if it'll get better with practice... Thinking of you all!!Three years, six months, three weeks, 13 hours, 48 minutes and 30 seconds. 26011 cigarettes not smoked, saving $11,704.80. Life saved: 12 weeks, 6 days, 7 hours, 35 minutes.0

Hi thereI usually post it up each week anyway on this thread, but I didn't stay to Image Therapy this week and forgot to ask for the password. Normal service should be resumed next week though. There might be someone else on the thread who also goes to club and would post the password for this week...
'jelly' is the password for last week which should last for a few more dayshope that helps you.

My scales don't seem to do odd numbers!
it's been a difficult week, mad ME phase, didn't make time to listen to Paul McK CD, so pleased with the loss. it all adds up, or do I mean subtracts
onwards and downwards for us all

well done on the 1/2lbs off Velvet Glove, and using the stairs too, bet it's getting your metabolism burning quicker.:)0

well done with all the exercise BQ - sounds EXHAUSTING !
maybe you don't need a diet plan, just being more active and eating healthy may well do the trick.
isn't freecycle great?
we've just given away a bedbase, boxes + bubblewrap, and got foam (for mending a sofa)...thus meeting 3 freecyclists who live in the neighbourhood !0 -

Yeah you are right if I wasn't such a lazybum I'd probably be alright. But I just love food so much. I really don't know what it will take to make me change my eating (and lager!!) habits and start the downward weight spiral. Why can I not go for an hour without eating something?
Freecycle is FABULOUS, I got a pressure cooker from there too, and a printer. And got rid of a washing line. Fab stuff!!Three years, six months, three weeks, 13 hours, 48 minutes and 30 seconds. 26011 cigarettes not smoked, saving $11,704.80. Life saved: 12 weeks, 6 days, 7 hours, 35 minutes.0
