I havent received anything from them yet - no payment or second form. The initial form has been received but there is a huge backlog at the moment.
I think some other people in this thread have claimed the money based on the date that the initial form was received so its worth asking.
When you say the inital from, is that the application for a new account?
Think I'll ask before returning the DD form as don't want to miss out again. I stopped halfway through the Halifax process as it was becoming such a pain in the butt !!0 -
By initial form I mean the account transfer form that comes in the account application pack. I already have a Nationwide Current Account to picked up one of the transfer forms in the branch and sent it in.
After you have sent this in you receive the second form listing all the DDs, etc related to the account that you want to transfer and you select the ones you want to move over.
I have not received the second form yet but I think this is the one that they need to trigger the payment.0
