Did everyone taking up this offer pay in £1,000 or does the £100 arrive before this?
Many thanks

Is the payment 5 days after you send in the transfer authorisation form or 5 days after you send back the signed form with a list of all the direct debits, etc on it.
I sent in the transfer authorisation form the week before the deadline and no money has arrived yet.0 -
Ditto KTF.
I notice none of my payments have been moved across yet. Think I will give them a ring today to check things are proceeding...0 -

According to the t&C it is after they receive 'signed authority detailing the direct debits and standing orders to be transferred'. The transferred DD and SO will take longer to appear on the Flex Account - I've got the money before any of them appeared on the NW internet banking. One of my bogus DDs for £1 is still missing, but guess whether I care.iaye carramba!0 -
So thats the second form which means that when I return that form if will be past the deadline so I wont get the £100?0

dammit, i called them yesterday and they haven't received my second form, more than a week after i sent it. [no i'm not a clever person who bothered to send it recorded!].
He said they'd send out another and he thought I still should get the money since the first form was sent before the deadline, but he couldn't say 100%. He gave me his name and told me to call if the money didn't go in.0 -
The £100 went into my account yest, but i did send 2 secure messages chasing it up before I rec it0

I havent received anything from them yet - no payment or second form. The initial form has been received but there is a huge backlog at the moment.
I think some other people in this thread have claimed the money based on the date that the initial form was received so its worth asking.0
