How to avoid the Supermarkets, alternative online food retailers

I plan to get my Chilli Sauces from independent retailers like above giving me a great range of choice and a high customer service ethos.

Why?

From what I recall the founder sold out most of the business to Phoenix (a private equity outfit) some years ago, although I think Lloyds Bank became the biggest shareholder after the business started racking up losses.

I believe that Abel (at least) still retained a stake in the company after selling out to Phoenix. I think he even came back to run things and saved the company after it almost crashed and burned a couple of years back.

Off top of my head Donald Russell, Riverford, Farmison, Natoora, also your local butcher something I have yet to explore.
Cheaper cuts like shin of beef are good to go for.

Supermarkets can be really very busy especially on peak seasons such as holidays and thanksgiving. That's why online food retailers is a great help to avoid the traffic of people on supermarkets. It is very easy to shop in just a click away.

@edwardia esp I am going to take myself off a little Chilli SauceTour so first stop was for some fab Chilli sauces from a NY Artisan supplier, then the South Devon Chilli Farm, Chillibugs, PepperPete etc, taking aim particularly at those sauces given Good Taste awards. This way I get to pay local suppliers, get top quality product etc.
Same goes for organic flour plans for Golspie Mill Scotland, Marriages, Shipton Mill etc etc anything to get away from the practices of the supermarkets who don't deserve my custom any more than is necessary.

We have lost our local fishmonger and as I am trying to avoid supermarkets can anybody recommend a reasonably priced online fishmonger that offers a wide variety of fish and seafood?
