Mcdonalds complaint need email

Options
Hi all,

Today I went to Mcdonalds to get a latte with my son and after paying for it I went to put some sugar in it. When I tried to take the lid off it cut my finger. I had to ask the staff for a plaster as it was bleeding and I had to fill out an incident form....basically the manager told me to email Mcdonalds outlining what happened and I can't find an email address for them can anyone help?

Many thanks

This is what I used when I had cause to complain - got a nice email back and a voucher popped in the post.

i don't understand why you need to e-mail them - the outlet have taken down the details and will sort out the damaged item - unless your finger is now falling off what extra do you expect them to do?

Is she actually complaining? All shes doing is following the managers advice (if you bothered to get off you high horses and read the original post)

The Email of McDonalds CEO in the UK has been posted many times on the parking board - OP could search it out there.

You're assuming that she didn't ask the manager how she made a complaint....

I'm assuming that your b**ls are made of meat, not crystal....and I'm also assuming that you have b*lls. To assume makes an !!! out of u and me

Was the lid split? If the lid was split then I suppose you have cause for complaint, but don't be expecting millions of dollars
