Hi - I randomly looked at my credit report last night and everything is 5 stars except a default notice to vodafone for £94!!!
I've only ever had a vodafone pay as you go phone once and that was years ago, as far as I know I didn't default, Ive never had a letter or notification of any sort!! I am confused and borderline furious!! tried to do the online person to person thing and they just disappeared. rang this morning but as I don't have my old phone I don't remember the number, any help gratefully received :0))
I want this OFF my credit record!!

I wish virgin media were as helpful to me, they've ruined my chance of a mortgage because of £110 default they applied to my account after I moved to an area that couldn't receive virgin media. They have really ruined things for us a young family that can't buy their own home
Disgusting how they have treatsd us0 -
