Hmmm seems to be working for me - the link in Lee's post above (#134) seems to point to a page on the MSE forum...

Try just clicking on this instead: http://vdfn.co/1d98zmW

I did. But since I have no code it didn't work.

i cannot believe what is happening to me, what is the ultimate route to that? I cannot be left with a bad credit score at 26 years old when i want to make my 1st home purchase....wow Vodafone i m shocked..

There is no real alternative, despite one which sometimes crops up on here. The WRT are highly likely to help you and get it sorted, but with the link not working you will have to wait until they pick up the problem and fix it... again!!
  • Hi
I am wondering if anyone from the Vodafone team can help me.
In 2013 I had a contract with Vodafone I rang up to cancel the contract which was done, I payed the final amount then Vodafone told me there was nothing else to pay, very soon after I moved addresses due to a member of my immediate family becoming very ill, I in all faith presumed the matter was closed. then 2 years later around july 2015 I received a letter from a debt collector fredrickson, claiming that I owe Vodafone a minuscule amount of £38 pounds which I paid then to find out I overpaid and they would sent me a cheque of £7, I have now been left with a default on my credit account which Is causing me considerable distress as I am trying to get a mortgage for my family as I am
A new father to a baby of 3 months. The default has been placed on my account as a direct error of failed communication from Vodafone as I would have paid the outstanding amount straight away if I was made aware of it, but as the contract had ended and I had a new contract with another company I shouldn't have had to contact Vodafone to change my address?
    Can anyone please help me
    Thanks! :)
  • Hello

I wondered if you would be able to look into a default for £302.00. I have done as others have on this forum and sent a message I really hope you will be able to help me. WRT135 [#11372752]

  • Hi,

I also have had a default from Vodafone relating to requesting a PAC code and not being made fully aware of the implications. I have spoken to a Vodafone member from the service desk who has said they will look in to sending my details to the credit rating company but I just want confirmation that the default will be removed please.
  • You won't get it by believing them or putting an anonymous post on here. Contact the WRT as repeatedly instructed on the Vodafone ComplaintsThread.
