Hi All,
Sorry I cant seem to find another thread for this, but i am sure there will be one somewhere.
I have about 10 banana's that have turned into a ripeness that I no longer find palatable.
I am looking for a couple of recipes to try and turn them into something else, I keep finding recipes that say use 1 or 2 banana's which would mean I would need to make about 5 batches to rid myself of the bananas!!!

I'm sure someone will be along in a mo with links for all the many threads on black bananas. My fave for now is to peel, wrap in cling film, chuck in freezer, then use when I'm making milkshakes. Makes the milkshakes like nice ice-creamy ones.Father Ted: Now concentrate this time, Dougal. These

Well, muffins and loaf cakes seem to work better with older bananas, plus they usually freeze well.
Or you could just go on a detox and just eat banana smoothies all week!!:D0
