I often make banana bread because I always seem to have a banana going off. I stick them in the freezer until I have enough for the bread. The silly thing is that I don't really like the bread much so I take it into work. Alternatively I freeze the bread and use it in a banoffee trifle which I make on high days and holidays.0

What about banana muffins? I love banana muffins and buy extra bananas now and then for them to go spotty intentionally!
Maybe they'll associate the spotty bananas with banana bread but not muffins?0 -
how about mixing it with caremalised sugar and water and milk and making banoffee ice cream?0

why not banana fritters?
4 bananas( crushed completely) + flour + milk or water. mix well till almost runny but not just. scoop with table spoon and deep fried till brown not burnt.( takes 5 minutes).
serve hot with vanilla ice cream.0 -

You could make banana lollies - dip them in melted chocolate, roll in hundred & thousands, wrap in clingfilm & freeze.
That, or chuck them in a smoothie.0 -
