  • Hope you have a lovely Christmas PAP and that your card has arrived :)
  • Merry Christmas to you all too :xmassmile

I will enjoy my day but work upset me so much yesterday I spent the time off I had yesterday in bed :o To be honest I am really not bothered about Christmas this year. However I have some lovely gifts for my Mum though so can't wait for her to open those. Also I checked facebook this morning and my lil brother wanted a certain tool to fix his bike last night and he doesn't have it... Guess what Pap has wrapped for him ;)

Anyways off to do some chores before brother wakes up. We also think the dog is ill so a day of rice/fish/chicken for him. I hope he is not seriously unwell, I would hate him at the vets this week.

    Take care all :T

  • Had a lovely day and was given some practical gifts. I also received an amazing gift from a friend which I will spend on my birthday :D But as always, back to reality...

So as I have recieved my wage slip and wages already for this week I may as well do my budget. It was a pointless exercise doing the overtime as it really didn't effect me much. I recieved only £50 extra, which just boosted me to a five day week instead of the four I recieved on holiday :o

Anyways, after bills/rent/petrol and my £95 debt payment listed earlier I have £97. So I will be using £25.00 on my birthday which means a £72 payment to the CC :j I really need to update my sig but at the moment I am waiting on refunds/credits as something Mum ordered was too small for the recipient so have had to return and re-order.

    ~~

I have decided on my 5 goals/challenges this year, obviously this is alongside becoming debt free :D

    1) Bag of food to food bank monthly - min £10 spend
    2) Save £200 for Xmas 2014
    3) £365 in 2014 - MSE challenge
    4) Save £24 for shoeboxes - 7 Samaritains purse and 1 Link Hope
    5) Finish 14 projects in 2014 - MSE challenge

So thats me for the coming year, I also have one resolution - to stop biting my fingernails after having another infection this past week.

Have a great reminder of the week :T

Happy Birthday, dear PAP. Hope you have/had a lovely day out & don't/didn't get blown away. (I'm not sure when you'll read this!)

  • Hi Pap, I am glad you had a good Christmas, as to the future only YOU can really know your career dreams and hopes. For what it's worth I think you are right not to be quick to make your decision, however you are so dedicated and talented I do hope that you can come up with a plan that enhances your life - whatever that plan may be. As always onwards and upwards!
