Thanks Toots :j
Not much to update, went to the shops today and picked up my first 'bag o food bank'. However that turned into three, spent £11.37 and got 35 items. I also spent £6 on a car washYes it is a luxury but in the winter I refuse to wash the car because it is so cold, so I tend to pay for the works in Nov and then a top up wash at the end of Jan. But when your car is turning grey you have to wash it. The next wash will be a hand wash.
Tomorrow is pay day and aiming for a min payment of £60. It's supposed to be £100 a week but I am not confident that I have earned that much. I also need to get to a post office tomorrow as I have thank you cards that need sendingBit late!
Hope everyone is having a good week0 -

I forgot to update you... yes I did drop to grade DHowever that being said I was only 1 or 2 questions away from a C. More revision I think is needed :T

Exactly £60 to my CC, that leaves me near enough skint. Someone owes me £5 but I am unsure if that will materialize. Pots are doing well though so no need to worry about that. I am however worried about my wage in two weeks time... I have been allocated 27 hoursApprox £162

Already got a few Beanie
However I am thinking of something that may be a stupid move so would like some opinions. I have lasted 6 days and I can't do it, work is sending me stir crazy. It is now effecting my sleep and I am dreading every day, I can't work in a job like that. So I am thinking of droping my days (not ness my hours) and working only 4 days a week (plus overtime as and when). This would be until I * get a new job, * things improve or * get onto the access course.
The problem I would have is my 'debt free in 6 weeks', in a way I want to wait until I am debt free but I have reached the end now. The reality is I need £165 per month for bills £160 per month for rent and prob £80 a month for petrol = £405. A four day week is what I am doing next week, so if I work on those calculations I would still have £200 a month for my debt repayment which would take 3 months instead of 6 weeks. I would save my car tax in the coming two weeks and then once my debt is repayed save the £200 for my MOT.
It would mean no spends for a long time and a change of lifestyle but I think I am prepared for that just to save myself. I would use my extra time off to study and maybe start up the survey sites again. My goals for this year will remain unchanged but the 'big' savings will.
So any opions/advice please? I have found other jobs in this sector however I am at a crossroads wondering about eveything in my life at the moment. I am not even sure I want to stay in this sector anymore, it was my 'dream' job but sadly it's urned into a nightmare!0 -
Oh dear.I so feel for you.
You have to do what is right for your sanity & well being.
I think as long as you can cover your basics & min payments that's the main thing.
I take it that it is not the client's that are causing you problems but the other side of things?

Dear Pap you sound at your wits end. Break it down like you do your financial planning. Go to four days to give yourself some breathing room. Get onto a more even keel and get some sleep. In a few days time make a plan. Sign on to some agencies, apply for a certain number of jobs a week, don't be so hard on yourself, just do what you can when you can. January and February are always a slog but spring is round the corner and better days are ahead. Sending you all positive thoughts and some big hugs.0
