  • Thurs- £9.23 - magazine, Tupperware, Halloween stuff for 2013, drink
    Fri- NSD
    Sat - 12.72 hobbycraft
    Sun - 5.20 gingerbread latte and normal latte
    Mon - NSD

    Not too bad! The halloween stuff will last 2 years just need to buy sweets although kept some from this year (lollys) as they were dated 2014. Tupperware is cake storage because my little brother microwaved the last batch, you can tell where we used to keep the cakes ;) Hobbycraft is everything to finished this years xmas cards and bag up my homemade sweets (just need to order bags on ebay but ahev floating paypal money).

    The gingerbread latte is the first of the season :snow_grin Going to cut them down again this year. Will have one more when xmas shopping with Mum in a few weeks time and maybe one with my little brother on the 24th for his 'is it really xmas tomorrow' shopping :rotfl:

    Tax for car is 'paid' the money is sat in my account but I won't buy it until Friday just incase of wage shortages. Its in there because I took a faulty item back to a retailer and they couldn't supply the replacement/alternative so had cash back. I don't need the item like I NEED car tax but have found another cheaper one for £50 so will save to get that instead :D

    Just christmas shopping to do but at least I know what I am getting everyone just need to find the stuff cheaper than on the highstreet :beer:
  • Operation Christmas Child Shoeboxes 2012 done and donation made :j Just need to take them to town next Friday for them to be shipped!

    £1.60 - 2 rulers and three sponges
    £15.00 - Shipping donation

    Still have bits left but next year I am going to do six OCC boxes, three of these and see if I can do these in the summer :D
  • :snow_laug :santa2: :xmassmile Christmas is coming... Its official, Coca-cola says so! :snow_laug :santa2: :xmassmile

  • New year* time to return!

    Pap returns... Still in a hole but having support even though you feel like the biggest failure ever has to be better, right? Up until the last post I had been in hiding and worse still posting only the ‘good’ bits and leaving out the junk I had been going through!

    Here is a summary of what’s been going on. Car tax was paid all in cash however that month the car was in the garage £200 bill. The beginning of this month the car was in the garage twice £160 bill. Worse of all car is now sat on the drive broken! The garage are collecting it tomorrow. Christmas was done and thankfully everyone liked their budget gifts, I worked all the festive period and thank heavens as that will all be going on the car. Some weeks I have had to use the CC for petrol and forgo medication to survive.

    The worse part of the past two months, filling the car up and forgetting my pin and thus blocking my card. Had to pay from my bill card and then run around the house paying in pennies into my account to cover the missing money. I still went overdrawn by 90p and if I get a charge I will have to beg the bank to reverse the charge.

    So where am I?

    £496.87 - Owed to credit card
    £860.xx - Loan, 5 months to go

    Plan of action this month:

    * Fix car
    * Pay my bills this month
    * Start paying off CC

    Plan of action this year:

    * Clear CC - First priority, would love to clear it before 31st of June. One month after the final payment for my loan is taken.
    * Save - 75% non bill money to CC 25% to saves. Once the CC is paid. 90% non bill money saved and 10% spends
    * No spending - Tried this last year, this year I am determined to give it a better go. Exceptions are toiletries, medication, shoes and clothes for work (I know I need new trousers) and charity shoe box stuff. Everything else is a no no unless I save my 10%’s.

    All above is exempt on Monday, 27th Jan and to pay for a meal in Jan as a Christmas gift.

    Time to wake up and not let situations that seem to be happening rule the whole of my life!

    We may run, walk, stumble, drive or fly, but let us never lose sight of the reason for the journey, or miss a chance to see a rainbow on the way.

    * I know its not the 1st until Tuesday but I am getting in early ;)
