Yeah, it looks like one of those films. My OH wants to see the new Bourne movie, but I'm doubtful as to whether it will live up to the others.

Can't have my car back, its not fixed! I was going to get it back to work the weekend but the MOT ended on the 21st which means I used it Wednesday illegally which I feel really guilty about now because I should have known it was out of date!! So I can't do my full work this weekend and Monday which means a loss of £71.50 in wages before tax/niI can do some work because I can bus to my main service user but thats only about the same amount before tax/ni. Bus fares will cost approx £20+ because the car is being fixed Tuesday/Wednesday which is when I will need more bus fare.
One positive is I will save petrol :rotfl:
£331.36
£17.50 - insurance that change of occupation they still haven't taken!
£100 - insurance saves
£114 - bills saves
£30.00 - garage took bus fare out to get home from taking the car down thursday and will need bus fare for the weekend now.
£40.00 - mum
Total - £301.50
29.86 left for petrol/bus fares
Really annoyed/angry/frustrated/upset! Have no idea if I can meet my bill repayments this month or not. Have nothing to fall back on beacuse that is being paid to the garage.
I want to get off now!0 -
Sorry to hear that Pap
. Do you have that credit card yet that you applied for? I know it's not ideal, but you could use it if you really need to and then pay it back before any interest gets charged?

No its not a 'national' garage and they don't do courtesy cars. It would cost about £100 to hire a car for the weekend so certainly not worth the cost vs income. Because they were waiting on welding gas and it didn't arrive. Due to the bank holiday it will not come until Tuesday. I won't get my car back until Wednesday at the earliest. I have work the weekend but nowhere near what I should, it hasn't effected Tue/Wed.0 -
