It may be cleared in a few weeks because of something else. But to be honest I can manage, I have that cashback to come anyways so that is a dent. Right now I need to support my family but that will be the maximum put on it, the card is now in its forever home sparing car breakdown.

Yes I am really glad the car is back, at least I can take on overtime if offered. The garage thinks it will make it to the next MOT appart from one part which may need replacing. So my aim is if it doesn't cost too much is to put it through next year and then save for that year plus from May for my new car. However I will see what happens.

Must get back to my comps haven't entered some for two days now!
  • This takes me up until christmas nearly, well it will be that tight until May. Until May I need....
    [STRIKE]
3* boys xmas gifts approx £5 = £15[/STRIKE] No longer needed
[STRIKE]3* boys birthday gifts approx £5 = £15[/STRIKE] No longer needed
[STRIKE]1* girls birthday gift approx £5 = £5[/STRIKE] No longer needed
    4* adult brithday gifts approx £5 = £20 Now only 3, saving £5
    4* adult xmas gifts approx £5 = £20 Now only 3, saving £5
    6* special xmas cards approx £5 = £5 Now only 4 saving £2ish

    6* £2.50 for OCC = £15
complete shoeboxes (very nearly there) = £10

Total = £100  Now £65 :j and £25 of that is OCC

Little update, not much else happening. I have been off work some of today/yesterday because I have been unwell. Going shopping/collecting furniture tomorrow with my little brother. None of it is my money so thats all good, unless I see something I want obviously. Will update my budgets once all my bills go out on the 15th :D

    Speak soon.

  • Self indulgent post here, feeling a little down tonight. I keep reading other threads on here and seeing how far they have come. Since I started my new job I have been treading water like never before, its been car repair after car repair, new car and increase in the loan. Tonight I feel all depressed and fed up that this is going to last another 9 months at least... Then its saving for a new car before this one gives out. If I would have stayed in my old job I may hve overpayed the loan by now and have some disposable income. Anyways....

I am going to ebay some items this week if I can and we have a few sacks of clothes to cash in tomorrow. Sometimes I wish I could just spoil my mum like I used too.

Anyways off to work tommorow :o
