Very sorry to hear Ovivo has ceased trading. I am unable to make calls, send texts or use data. Incoming calls are working for now. It's a real shame things didn't work out for them.
You can request the PAC via the form on their website, assuming you want to retain your mobile number:Dear OVIVO Customers,
We are very sad to announce that for reasons beyond our control, OVIVO Mobile is closing down on the evening of Wednesday 19th March 2014.
We'd like to thank each and every one of you for your support and friendship over the last two years.
To keep your OVIVO number, just fill out this form, and we’ll send you your PAC code.0 -

Will the PAC code be emailed?
It did say when I just applied for one, that it won't be sent if I've had one before on that number.
I came to OVIVO from another network, and transferred my number across to Ovivo, so that means I've had one already-but I didn't record it?
Help please?:j0 -
Same boat here I ported in my number. I am guessing they mean if you request it once and don't use it within X amount of time then you can't request it from them again? ... Even their facebook page has gone! Vanished off the face of the earth ...0

What is 'mildly irksome' is that I've chosen to go over to e2save on a cashback deal, but cannot order till I get my PAC...Toyota - 'Always a better way', avoid buying Toyota.0

I've been looking at alternatives in light of Ovivo's sudden demise.
The best I've found so far seems to be TalkTalk Mobile (need to have a landline with them) and after that, Three SIM Only or Giff Gaff. Three PAYG's 321 tariff is also an option for low usage users.
If anyone has found other deals please post here to try and help others.0 -
