Used to work in a bank - did you pay on debit card? Insist on disputes team. Depending on the date you paid, and what you paid for, you can use multiple reasons.

Company gone into admin
Fraud (I'd call this whole situation fraud!)
Quality - goods not as described and/or defective.
Non-delivery — goods/services not received

Oh and I've finally got my PAC!

Yea go for it, or try in branch (they may be able to complete it on their systems, or convince one of them to just phone it through for you). You might need to wait until the morning though

The directors of that company have serious questions to answer. To go into administration is one thing - many question their business model (same as giffgaff on their old tariffs to be fair) - but to do it so soon after attracting masses of £20 signups. Hmmmmm. I'd like to think there was interest in investigating directors and prosecuting any wrongdoing!
