If they offer free minutes and texts in exchange for looking at the odd advert and don't they would probably cut it off or go bust which would affect all those that have joined.
If they monitor accounts and see that a user it not using data I'm sure they would delete the accountIt's not just about the money0 -

What a bunch of dishonest, conniving, thieving swine.
Attract people in with a decent price plan and less than a month later more than TRIPLE the charges and cut the allowances by 80%.
