Look through the list, if you like the look of a phone click on it and it will give a list of features (including whether it it internet capable or not).

I recently bought a Vodafone Chat 655 from Tesco for £19, it sells for £40 in the Vodafone shop, it has 3G and wi-fi. It is no longer available online, but you may still find it instore.

Had my Sim since last year when they started and not had one problem that's saying something in this day and age.

The "Data Freedom" tariff is the data only tariff, it's not the same as the Freedom phone package, that is still 500mb

My Ovivo SIM went live yesterday after porting my number also.

Today they announce increased texts by 50 and say existing customers will get same on their anniversary - does that mean I have to wait 30 days or 364?

your anniversary will be 24th of next month.
