"Dear Customers,
Here at OVIVO we are passionate about our customers and aim to consistently deliver not only a great value service, but ensure that any questions or queries you may have are answered in a timely fashion. With the re-introduction of our browser advertising services in May 2013, we have been working over the past weeks to ensure that all existing customers change their data settings on their devices before we retire the old settings. However there are still some customers who have yet to change their settings.
With this in mind, we have decided that in the interest of ensuring all customers are moved over to use our new settings and that we minimise any interruption of service, the old gprsconnect.com settings will now be withdrawn on the 28th June 2013, in two weeks’ time.
If you are using the new settings and are seeing advertising – There’s nothing more for you to do.
If you haven’t changed your settings yet – Please visit our Settings Guides to manually change these now, or ask us to send you new settings by SMS. Changing your existing settings is very straightforward…all you need to do is change the “APN name” to ovivomobile.com, or use the guides on our website.
If you’re unsure of what you need to do, then please contact us.
We will be monitoring use of the old settings every day for the next 2 weeks and will actively send reminders to customers who haven’t changed over to use the new settings.
Our Customer Services team is also here to help if you have any problems. You can call them free of charge from your OVIVO Mobile by dialling 263, or e-mail us at support@ovivomobile.com."0 -

I'm using the new settings but Mrs Roger, who has a non-smartphone, isn't. I'm assuming she has no settings to change.
I wonder if she will be cut off?0 -
