Sorry for being blunt but the op has been a bit if a tool with this.

He/she has let them walk all over him/her with stupid excuses and just accepting the fib offs.

How can anyone be so dense as to let this drag on.....

And how can someone be so rude and obnoxious ? calling me a "tool" and "dense" sounds like someone with a limited vocabulary.

If I have never been here before, how do I know they are going to "fib me off" as you say (not quite sure what fib off means)

I spoke to them again and they checked my status. They say the money def went out on the 12th and should be in up to 4 working days. 4 days have gone and so far I have received no money.

What can I do now if they say the money has left their hands and it hasn't arrived at my bank ? I checked they had the correct account number and it was exact. Now this is really worrying as it seems to be in limbo.

    Excellent news.

Now send it on to where it should have gone to in the first place....... just be very careful when you do so.
