Can't find anything here that matches that description. Is there a label on the right-hand side of the case?
    Thanks

Yea i looked there to, couldnt find it

I think that is my model though......its just an older pc (although it did come with a TFT screen so not ancient!)

On the side of the pc it has got the windows xp info, with product key etc

    on the back it has:

    model/type ref: ALT _CO2

    PID: 0339753

    S/N: 033975320590

    P/N: P842010401

    MODEL: IMEDIA 3060/1

thats about as much info as i can see on stickers/labels?

Any clues about what i can do??

Thanks for the help to everyone, i honestly thought win xp cd would come with all the drivers i need, but it appears this pc is older than i thought!

Give Belarc Advisor a go. If that can't identify the internals we'll have to resort to educated guesses.

The information shown in the first six boxes should be sufficient.

Looks like one of those bothersome bespoke boards. What've you got under Display and Multimedia?
