    Well done Hypno :T

Perhaps we should always do shopping in DFW pairs - no way we could hide the unneccessary spending as the other one would snitch :rotfl:

BTW - how long is your personal chocolate free challenge lasting?

Thanks Lucy, I only took a certain amount of cash, and left my debit card at home so no temptation to go to the cash machine or bank and take out any more!

Also, I took my weekly menu plan with me so that I knew exactly what is needed rather than just buying stuff that takes my fancy. Plus the fruit and veg stall there was so much cheaper than the supermarkets, so could stock the kitchen up without costing a fortune.

Only thing was that we walked there and back and the bags of apples, etc decided to become heavier with each step we took. There are disadvantages to being able to buy loads of food for £20 :rotfl:

Oh I definately felt as though I could not be allow myself to be tempted. I would have had to confess all to you lot and that would have been scary :rotfl:

The personal chocolate free challenge lasts as long as it takes to take the emotional attachment away from the stuff. When I can get through bad days/weeks without needing to binge then I will try and be normal, and have chocolate when I fancy it without then needing to buy another carrier bag full!!

    So far, so good!

Ha, I know that your trip into town is not to post the letter, it is to buy those slacks........bet you come away with 2 pairs.....:D

(and I did say the sweets were purely for medicinal purposes - we all know that you would have walked right on by if it were not for the proven medicinal properties of fizzy cherry bottles)

Right, quick update on the yoghurt before the forums close.....I know you have all been desperate to know what the kids thought.....

Well, DD thought it was fab - can't wait for the next lot. RIGHT ANSWER!

DS thought that the blackcurrants didn't give it enough taste so said it was OK but needed something "extra".....hmm, I think he was trying for constructive criticism.....:o

"something extra" do you think he could possibly have meant sugar?

I did put a spoonful of honey in it, so it should really have been sweet enough.

When I have since asked what he thinks would work, he said "chocolate".....that's my boy!!
