I am pretty open minded where sex is concerned and had no views on !!!!!! whatsoever until a few years ago.

Watching telly (one of the mainstream channels so it couldnt have been too risque) a couple having a romp in bed, they had no clothes on but you couldnt see anything if you know what i mean.

Hubby turned over to me and said 'now why dont you look like that?'. I answered 'now i didnt hear you complain 20 years ago? Where are her stretchmarks? Ive given birth 6 times. You obviously have got used to the fragrance i wear when i come to bed or the silk wrap you have got used to seeing me in when i lie next to you. If your turned on, dont think your sh @gging me tonight and i meant it.

To this day i dont know how he could have been so heartless.

In a relationship sex is a good way of being really intimate but the lack of sex shouldn't be a problem in a loving and mutually respecting relationship.

I couldn't put the sound on but this video looks like it might explain where I'm coming from.

And I had the misfortune of happening on this site yesterday (after the hilarious mistake on their advert went viral.) http://stores.suityourselfbikinisstore.com/-strse-collections-cln-2011-Bikinis/Categories.bok?xcat2=2011+Bikinis

Maybe Im being thick but how does that site look any different to any other swimwear pics? Or is that what you mean?

Infact some of the women look a lot more 'normal' than some models I have seen used in fashion magazines who are clearly not well. They dont look underweight.

Read the 'About Us' section, lol.
Also, I really can't believe many people find those pictures attractive. The page 3 girls in the Sun and the women on the front cover of the Daily Sport (and the ones on the other pages I assume) are never as skinny as that, and presumably they are chosen for maximum attractiveness.

You mean maximum fake boobs that a real thin person wouldnt have? Theyre the worst offenders of whats not real.

Back to the OPs question. I think its as important as the two people in the relationship want it to be and as long as they have the same opinion thats all that matters.

    .

If this is perceived as normal now it is perhaps even worse than I thought. I honestly thought I'd happened upon a site aimed at promoting anorexia.
Just because it says so in the Mail, doesn't make it true.

I've got ADHD. You can ask me about it but I may not remember to answer...

How do any of these women look anorexic?

Not all of them are the same size.

Ive seen pictures of runway models who look ridiculously thin.
Some of the women on this website look nothing like that.

Yes there are some that look pretty thin, but some people are naturally built like that.

This was the first one I saw.

It is not okay to have 'ridiculously thin' models in every situation. It's an unhealthy situation to portray this is the ONLY way to have an attractive body.

Yes, some people are naturally thin. I used to be one of them and I was always being mocked by older women who were jealous of my figure and that is unacceptable. I'm not saying there is anything wrong with being thin.

They are clearly not "normal" (as in average size) but that says more about what the average size is. They don't look like concentration camp victims either.

We should get this into proportion - there are far more people who are dangerously overweight than dangerously underweight. Average size has gone up over recent decades. Walk down any busy high street and count the number of people who are obviously overweight and the number who are obviously underweight.

Maybe the model is one of those women though?

I dont think the problem with pictures of thin models are necessarily the size of them - the ones with a healthy weight I mean, its more about the photoshopping of any bit of flab they do have, stretchmarks, skin blemishes etc. Because then that really is changing what is real.
