I love it. The lack of sex I mean. I am so tired after looking after Joshua all day or doing the cook or cleaning up BOTH of their mess. Sex isn't important to me BUT cuddles are.

Completely agree, sometimes we go a couple of months without - but I suffer from severe tiredness which the docs are trying to sort at the moment. We always seem to be on the go, but as long as we are still affectionate and know we love each other it doesn't bother me as I've never had a particularly high sex drive anyway

I feel that women can have lengthy periods where they dont feel like/need sex,,maybe a week/couple of weeks...but for men it isnt the same. What are they doing? Self stimulation? I'm not sure it is a good idea to leave their man without any attention. True,if you are not up for the whole shebang ,it would be a good idea to..ermm...help him out.

I agree with this strongly. Men and women all need to feel loved and desired. Without this feeling of being wanted and needed people will become resentful and end the realtionship, or, more likley, have an affair with someone that does make them feel good about themselves.

I think sexual compatibility is important in a relationship. Sex isn't important to some people but they should find similarly inclined partners. It's a source of stress if partners have very different sex drives.

I think it is important... I didn't, but now, through experience, I have changed my mind!! You can't beat that electric chemistry... and although things may naturally simmer down over time, I think it important to have had that initial physical connection, and that it is easier to maintain a healthy sex life if the chemistry is actually there in the first place.

What is "commit" ? Is it a furry box with a ring in it or is it a level of understanding that you both are together for the mean time because it works well?

It's my kinda rule to myself to be honest.
No rings etc, I couldn't wait that long! Just as in unless he actually wants to have a relationship then I'm not going there.
But he's smitten so it's all good

After my youth I decided I didn't want to be intimate with someone until I knew I really wanted to be in a relationship with them. It actually is very nice to have a couple of months getting to know someone before you take that plunge, highly recommend it!

Yeah, well it has taken me till I am almost 28 to figure this out, plus to be honest this is the first 'normal' bloke I have EVER met in my life!
We had our first kiss last night, we were like teenagers, we have 3 children between us, so it's not like we don't know what to do! :rotfl:
I'm a bit of a nympho so it's going to be hard to abstain, but I want this to be 'proper' so we have decided to just wait and have no pressure.
