heading to the end of day 2. Feeling good I must say.

Mandz congrats on getting to 4 1/2 months I'm sure you look beautiful whatever the size and it is easy enough to the loose the weight and its much better to be slightly over weight than get a smoking related health complicaton.

Fergie I do like your analogy of the old witch calling and you giving her the finger!

Good luck to everyone out there x

Do you know I found it really hard this morning and considering I'd done 5 full days without a hitch I couldn't figure it out.

Drove to work on edge and glared at everyone who was smoking and couldn't shake off this feeling at all.

Anyway, got in work and had a coffee and felt ok then!!!

I rang my OH and we've only bought bloody de-caf at home by mistake!

    Crikey....cigs and coffee...you've got to be kidding...lol.

Anyway, back on a high after my caffeine fix and sooooo glad it wasn't the ciggies calling after all :)

p.s. suppose I will have to face my caffeine addiction once this is all over....lol

Thats what I did. Just to mention that you need to slowly cut down on the caffeine. I didn't know that and just went from caffeine one day to decaff the next. Not a good idea. Had a really rough day where my head was away with the fairies. Be careful :D

Well done to you all for doing so well. Get well soon, Sue. Gettingready - quit when you're ready and not a moment before.

  • Hey
Can I join. Me and DH on day 3 and feeling good. Screaming at each other and not sleeping but we did it last year for six months so we know it gets better every day. And this time I'm not falling for those cravings for sweet strong flavours as they make the cravings worse! how clever this evil weevil is. And trying to exercise too

It's all good lol. Buying perfume with this weeks savings-and will smell it too!
