You remind me of my mum when I was getting married she worried about her outfit so much she brought 4! She then wore the first one she got, at least you only have the one :rotfl:

LOL, I've got 2 choices but am really focusing on the one as my favourite but also haven't ruled out the option of buying something new if it takes my fancy.

I bet you look lovely and it don't matter what length the brides dress is, would you be worrying if she had a long dress and yours was knee length :D

Thank you both, it really is a nice dress and you are both right, it shouldn't matter. I think I'm more worried than usual because its such a small wedding. Only 20 in the day and 45 in the night. I really don't want to spend money on a different dress as this one is gorgeous, expensive and never been worn. Plus I want to give them whatever spare cash I have, not waste it on an outfit that I don't need.

Home spa was lovely and cheap too. I'd go for the fab aunty too x

Only just, its silly I know and coming from me who doesn't like routine I shocked myself. I think the missing them was coupled with the awful weather, no money to go/do anything plus OH worked double shifts, which I took advantage of, but also meant I was a bit bored with my own company. Then when he did come home, he was tired and extra grumpy, which just made me sadder.

Well I had a super day today :kisses:

Working from home this morning when DS rang to ask if I could possibly have DGDs this afternoon as he'd been offered some extra work. They went to their other DGPs this morning and I picked them up at 2.30.

Came home and played all afternoon, which was naughty as I was supposed to be working, so will have to make up the hours tomorrow and Friday. :lipsrseal

Dinner was really fun, DGD2 fed herself macaroni cheese and with every handful, she decided I needed painting with the spoon. Once she'd daubed me, she'd say "Aw" and then do it again. This was followed with white chocolate mousse and the same behaviour continued. Needless to say there were lots of giggles at dinner time. She also decided that OH should be included, so with every other mouthful, she'd shout Grand-dad, or her version of it, to attract his attention. It was a lot of fun and just what I needed.

I didn't get to hear about PP world or the rest of the holiday, as apparently DGD1 had "forgotten" everything  Oh, were her mum and dad cross when I told them :rotfl:

Also ended up a NSD so exceeded my target for the month. Think I may go shopping tomorrow as otherwise will have to buy lunch on Friday but one or other should also be nsd, so 22 nsds in a month possible - go Granny go :happylove

Off to bed now as working from work tomorrow rather than from home and may have a meeting with disgruntled client :(

Remembered that yesterday's cartoon was a sight test where you were asked to text the next line of the chart. It was funny and now I can't find it. Bizarre how my diary decided the one above was funnier :rotfl: It's clearly got a mind of its own.

Anyway, here is tonight's. Wonder what this one will look like tomorrow: "Dial 1/2 seems to be right for me in work at the moment, stupid boss from h3ll."
