H3llifax refused my appeal and wrote a very strict letter telling me to keep my payments up to date or else. I'm not sure what to do as I ca afford to continue paying them at this rate for 18 months but after that if Im not back in well paid employment I wont be able to. Plus if I carry on making the payments they are less likely to accept a F&F in the future. dilemma!
L1nk obo MBN^ also refused my appeal. Mr T has failed to respond to it and MC5 obo H5BC failed to reply in the first instance.
I'm not sure whether to decrease Mr T & MC5 payments to a £ to force them to react. I think I will. After all I'm only getting £205pm atm so they can hardly complain. Yes, I definitely will.
In other news I've been away with my mum for a couple of days and we had a chat about the way she treats me at times. She seemed shocked and upset but seemed to take it onboard. Only time will tell, glad we had the chat though. I'm away with her again next week so should be able to see if it's sunk in. Very little spent this week and probably about the same next week.
Seeing my littlies on Sunday.

Thanks DF(w)
Feeling motivated after receiving this letter I've rewritten to H3llifax, asking them for a second time to reconsider but also telling them I'm going to drop my payment to £1pm from 1st October.
Also written another letter to MC5 obo H5BC asking them to respond to my offer and informing them that I'm reducing my payment to them to £2pm, (as 2 separate accounts).
Finally I've emailed OHs B^rclayc^rd, formerly 3gg, asking them to reconsider 22% offer and if not they'll get £50 next month and then £5pm from then.
Positive vibes posted with the letters/emails and everything crossed.
