H5BC 3rd debt also agreed to F&F of 21%.

OHs B^rclaycard refused appeal - want the full amount - made no reference to £5pm payments, suggested we pay a lump off to reduce balance. Now why would we do that when they are not charging interest. Not to worry I will keep positive and plodding, will get there in the end

I'm smiling because of mine anyway.

If H3llifax would play ball now, I'd feel like all my Christmases had come at once

Edit: sent another appeal and clarification letter to B^rclaycard. May CCA them next if that doesn't work.

Further appeals to be sent in Jan before I go to Oz.

I think H3llifax and Mr T are out to p me off.

Mr T has sent me a letter saying they've not received my payment this month. They have, it's just it's only £1 instead of the previously agreed £26. They've now started bombarding me with calls but I've not been in at the time. Even though I don't really want to talk to them, I will answer them if they ring when I'm in so I can spell it out to them and perhaps get an answer as to why they've accepted OHs F&F but not mine.

As for H3llifax, after making the mistake with my first offer, thinking I was offering them £9k against a £11.5k debt, (and refusing). They've now declined my actual offer for the second time but accepted my offer of payment at £92pm! Twerps, I offered them £1pm not £92, £92 being the former agreement. I've now got to write to them again. I think I'm going to CCA them, although I'm fairly certain they will have the correct paperwork.

Both Mr T & H3llifax have threatened further action which may include sending their agents around if I continue to ignore their letters!!!!! I've written to them both 3 times in the last 6 weeks so just how am I ignoring their letters.

No response from email sent to 3gg, last time they responded immediately saying they were passing it to the relevant dept so surprised they haven't done the same this time.

Still not losing faith though as I know I will get there eventually.

Diet is going really well too for the first time ever, I've stuck to it for 6 weeks with no blips - quite proud of myself. Looking forward to surprising DD with a new slimmer mum when I get off that plane.

Mr T rang last night just as I was leaving the house to take DGD1 home. Not wanting to speak in front of her, I reminded the caller that I'd asked for all correspondence to be conducted in writing. That id already written to explain my circumstances 3 times and had not as they said ignored their letters or missed a payment. I explained a further letter was in the post to them and I expected a proper response, with them having made notes on their screens so no further errors on their part were made. This all sounds a bit shirty but it wasn't, just to the point, I could hardly blame the man for doing his job or get into an argument with DGD standing by.

Fingers crossed they take proper note this time and agree to my F&F, but if not its £1pm for 6 months and then another stab at F&F.

The weather is awful today so I've cancelled my eye appointment and am currently wrapped up snug as a bug reading, surfing the net and playing catch up on my TV programmes whilst OH is at work
