I had a similar experience. rang last monday. on tuesday 4 seperate payments went into the bank totalling £686 yipee i thought! wednesday got my final award for 2012 and new payments for 2013. Guess what? they say they have overpaid me by £646. WHAT!!!!!!!0

I renewed last Monday (after receiving that day's credit).
Received a slightly higher payment today, and final award and new award in the post.
As they managed to process it all in a week I think they've adjusted my payments already - no balancing payment to come.
Nothing much changed anyway.
Pretty good service here!

Renewed over phone last tues, have had 4 one off payments hit the bank today( 1 ctc and 3 x wtc payments), no paperwork through post yet so unsure what regular amount is but only 6 days days total for one off payments..i have no childcare and no changes to inform them of.
I would normal ring up and ask what reg amount is so i can budget but was told on renewal phone call not to ring and wait for paperwork even if i receive one off payments. So just waiting for the postie now lol
Lordy - makes you wonder what they are doing with my renewal claim!!
I honestly have a dead easy claim, wage doesn't really go up and have no childcare...couldn't tell you the last time I ever had to phone mid year with any changes etc...
Hmmmmm....I will just have to wait! So long as I am getting regular payments then I am quite happy and if there was any kind of overpayment (which I very very much doubt as my salary has been the same for a couple of years now), it would only be for a few pounds.
If anyone is interested I will post when I finally get something be it a one off payment or paperwork0 -
Keep us posted Sparklebabey ...... I haven't heard anything yet either! Sometimes it irritates me that it hasn't been sorted but I'm not concerned as I know everything is in order with my claim its just a minor inconvenience at the moment (watch that change now I've said it!)

I rang them last Monday and have heard nothing yet....i'm a little confused as to what to expect as my annual wage that i gave them this year was nowhere near the figure i initially gave them last April as i had to give up work in Feb due to illness (gave them the figure of 8.8k but only earnt 2.8k).0

I still haven't heard anything been 4 weeks since they received my claim0

I renewed 5 weeks ago and still no update or paperwork. I have childcare on my claim also. Anyone with childcare on their claim had theirs sorted yet?? Thanks0
-
Mine's still not sorted after I phoned to give them details, and a form that I sent them 6 weeks ago regarding disputing an overpayment (I mean how can you have been overpaid £5000 when you only received £2000) is still not showing on the system0
