Tax Credit Renewals - support thread

Got my renewal pack yesterday, rang up to give our figures (got straight through, last year was on hold for about 40 minutes when I renewed!!), told to ring back after 26th June if I havent heard anything.
All in all seemed pretty simple this year, hears hoping I get my new award notice soon

I renewed by post this year.

Posted my forms off last Tues and received a few smallish random payments into my bank account today so it appears that my renewal has been done.

Just 10 days from start to finish .:j

No , no childcare on my claim.

Recieved my renewal pack last tuesday (15th) phoned the same day to renew, then today recieved the new award documents in the post (25th) and payments change from monday. Unusual to recieve the documents back first before any payments have gone into the bank.

I renewed my claim over the phone and roughly about a week later I received my award through the post :j.

I do have childcare on my claim.

A lot better than last year when it took from the end of April to middle of July as they wanted proof of childcare payments but didnt actually ask for it until the end of June!

Just rang tax credits again as renewed by post on the 21st April and haven't heard a thing got childcare as well apparently mine wasn't scanned through the computer so good job i rang as they renewed over the phone so hopefully i may hear soon they did say another 4 weeks though one stressed out women lol

got my renewak yesterday was on hold for 11 mins was very straight forward they didnt ask foir a estimate of this years earnings which they used to do, hopefully will here soon but we earned 3 grand more than we said last year so probably owe money

Its 6 weeks tomorrow since I renewed, no paperwork as yet and payments have stayed the same, I earned £1,000 less than last year and overestimated that by a couple of hundred more so thought my payments would slightly increase,Will ring them for update. Why is it taking so long, it normally takes a week or a bit more?
