    Renewed my claim on Tuesday over the phone rang today for an update (am very impatient!!) and its been processed already! she was able to give me our new payment schedule too. and the best part is we are due to recieve a substantial lump sum payment next week yay!

    Renewed my claim 25th got extra payment 31st and today have received my new award notice which was dated 30th may so 5 days to complete :j.

    Still waiting for my renewal forms - never been this late before. Usually I'm waiting for my husband's P60, but that came weeks ago.

    i rang up on 21st and got paperwork today and extra payments in yesterday

    anyone alse feel nervous about having an extra payment? i always worry they wrong and will ask for it back after ive spent it lol

    How long are postal renewals taking this year? I notice most on this thread have phoned to renew.

    I have had a provisional award through for for this year but I am expecting a small lump sum as I believe we have been underpaid for 2011/12.

    I posted mine back in the envelope provided on the 25th May :)

    eta- Ours is a joint claim with no childcare

    I posted ours back on 30th May, haven't heard anything yet or had any extra payments etc. I have childcare on a joint claim.

    im now waiting 5 weeks since i called, i am single claim and childcare. i take it the people who are getting there claims processed so quickly arent single claims and dont have childcare on them?? ive not heard anything back from them yet

    Just be prepared for a letter from the review team i had been waiting for 5 weeks as well then got the letter Wednesday they want all my childcare receipts or a letter of my childminder and also a years bank statements mine is a single claim as well
