    I have finally has my award notice both final for last year and new award for this year.

    I renewed 3 weeks go was told not to call for 6 weeks I have child care on my claim.

    Mine was done nearly 3 weeks ago so hopefully I will hear something this week. Did get told not to ring till 13th June

    i think mine are sorted havent received paper work but i had new hb and ct ben letter today saying they have received info from dwp and what my tax credits were and wtc etc and what my entitlement is now

    Just want to say a huge thank you for all the advice on here with regards to my claim and not having my p60 to hand.
    i manged to get through to Tax credits yesterday and explained that i didn't have my p60 and didn't know if i would receive it in time of the dead line.explained i had my wage slip and she ask for the details from this,glad its all sorted.

    Renewed over phone last tues, have had 4 one off payments hit the bank today( 1 ctc and 3 x wtc payments), no paperwork through post yet so unsure what regular amount is but only 6 days days total for one off payments..i have no childcare and no changes to inform them of.
    I would normal ring up and ask what reg amount is so i can budget but was told on renewal phone call not to ring and wait for paperwork even if i receive one off payments. So just waiting for the postie now lol

    i rang up today..just had to give hubbys income from p60..hopefully wont take long to sort out so i know what this years payments are

    Not received any renewal forms yet. Not really sure what I will be sent as I seperated from my husband in January (informing them immed). Will we both get individual forms ? If anyone knows would be appreciated.

    Paperwork all arrived today too...that was the fastest renewal iv ever had 6 days from phone call to payments and paperwork arriving!
