My pack came on 8th May, I sent it back the same day by first class mail (there was no return envelope this year!), am half expecting a payment as they estimated my income as £5k more than it was.

I was on IS/JSA for most of last year but they'd taken my previous years salary as the basis of last years award, so not sure if I should expect a payment or not?

I couldn't get through on the phone hence me returning it by post. Has anyone else done a postal return and had it confirmed yet?

i renewed my tax credits last friday and had an extra payment yesterday but no award notice yet. i got told not to ring back til after the 21st of june x

i have just rung them as renewed on 23rd april and still not heard anything,but still being processed :-(

I also renewed on the 23rd and I still haven't heard. I haven't rang them yet as I sure I will hear off them one way or another but I will probably get in touch in a couple of weeks just to check they aren't waiting for some information off me and I haven't received a request for info. They are probably looking at my claim going there must be something wrong here but trust me they can look as had as they like and they will find nothing!

Mine was sent the 21st they received it on the 26th haven't heard anything i have just rand them and they said it's still being processed i do have childcare on mine

I don't have childcare on mine, had no changes (income still the same) yet I am still waiting for mine to be sorted.

I have finally has my award notice both final for last year and new award for this year.

I renewed 3 weeks go was told not to call for 6 weeks I have child care on my claim.
