I'm with natwest, yeah mine is normally too. I always check it as I have to pay nursery fees on Thursday so I make sure the money is in there and today it isn't.

I'm also with Natwest, so it sounds like it could be Natwest playing up :/ I'm in the same boat with nursery fees, due in today. Hoping Natwest plays catch up in a bit.

Hi guys i was gonna start a serperate post but seen this, natwest are experiencing problems with any debits or credits and did yesterday too. my tax credits didnt go in they told me to check at about 8am thats when tehy resolved the problem yesterday.

they couldnt check to see if i had been paid but said they have been having lots of calls with same problem

So it sounds like Natwest are to blame.

I hope so as I don't have the extra money to pay the nursery fees and if they aren't paid my lo doesn't go to nursery which means no work! Will just keep checking with my online banking. Fingers crossed

Oh dear, hopefully they resolve it then as I am awaiting Csa payment also. Maybe that has gone with the tax credits or as usual it hasn't been paid lol but that's another thread :)
  • Lol I don't know too much about CSA - only the bad parts from friends and relatives who've used them. Just got to hope that by 8 its sorted as I have to take the little one in at 8:15 :/

Well I only claim child tax credit for my 3 kids which is not dependent on salary right? Yesterday my payment was slashed from £81 per week to £18!? Why would that be? I returned my renewal on 28/05/12.

As far as I know child tax credit IS based on your salary.
