Still nothing in mine and I have to drop her off at 8.15! So annoyed. Natwest could of at least sent out a generic email stating they were having problems so I could of at least known if this was happening since yesterday.

Nope nothing in my account either and its 8:17am...

Someone else been told to call back in 3-4 hours !
Apparently DDs have not gone out either.

On another thread someone posted it'll be 10am at the earliest before the glitch is fixed, knowing Natwest I'd add another few hours on to that!

I've not got my money yet.. annoyed as just seen all over twitter it might not be sorted until after the weekend! !!!! take if thats true.

I've not had my tax credits finalised as yet, 9 weeks. But today had a letter asking for all sorts of evidence, wage slips, p60, childcare receipts, council tax bill, phone/gas/electric bills, sky contract, bank statements, mortgage statement, child benefit info.. etc.... I rang the number have to send all the information requested not to delay anything and it could take til end July for my renewal to be finalised, any payments will be backdate to 6th April too. If anything is missing it could take longer, so I am going to send everything recorded deliverty to know that everything gets there safely . If anyone elses renewal is taking forever, I guess you will be getting a letter soon to provide evidence.

The girl also said on the phone all this information is to prove I am saying who I am and am claiming for the right number of children etc.... which I am, but said they have had so many bogus claims etc.......

This is fair enough I suppose, I've not had my renewal pack yet and if I am asked for all of the above I can provide it no problem as I've nothing to hide. It's just a shame that genuine claimants are being affected by those that fiddle the system.

Just checked my Natwest account and tax credit payment is there now.

What postal system do they use? Pigeon? Tortoise? or Snail?

Well yesterday 20th June I got my replacement pack after I rang up to say mine hadn't arrived. The letter attached had date of 12th June which was as I expected and the date I'd called.

Today 21 June I get the original pack that has clearly travelled around the country by tortoise. It was dated 28th May!
