Received an extra payment of Tax Credits this morning. Seems everything has been finalised. Just to wait for the award letter.

I supplied our figures last Wednesday, £34,300 between us. 1 Child. My firm have subsequently given me a letter stating £2,300 was for a Travel Relocation payment

Phone again today to give that information, woman said it was irrelevant what is on your P60 is what we must go by

Anyone help, is this correct? Should I call back and speak to another advisor?

I'm on 6 weeks today, thoroughly fed up waiting to hear back as my income they used was over £5k less that my actual.

Hi did you get the payment today as in Tuesday or Monday as I renewed Wednesday tea time and have had nothing from them no paper work or extra payment thanks

Got it today - Tuesday - it was £6 more than my normal payment which I got yesterday

Thank you, ill see what happens Thursday when I get my normal payment just hoping mine doesn't take for ever like some are as ee have no childcare and both of us work

Just rang as per website advice for WTC only renewal as still no pack. They say it was sent 2 weeks ago but are sending another pack. Strange this has happened the last 2 years as well.

Still nothing....phoned earlier on in the week and got a snotty advisor who stated that there was no new deadline date on my case (as the last one has passed) and she had no timescale

"it will get done when it gets done, we are busy you know"!!

No !!!!!! Sherlock was my reply.....that renewal time of year just pops up with no notice eh?
