HELLO!!
Bride to be. 01.09.13 :j
Have booked absolutely nothing so far, just keep looking on pinterest for ideas but can't finalise anything. Think we have a venue but I don't love it.
We're getting married in central london with about 90 people for a 3 course meal and there is NOTHING cheap that fits those requirements of course. Any help would be appreciated!
Looking forward to the next 11 months :T0 -
I think I've found the dress I want!! It's the Ellis bridal 11032, princess and the frog dress in ivory xxSealed Pot Challenge Member 151

I'm getting married on the 21st September - can't wait! Haven't really started dress shopping yet but I really want to before Christmas.
We are trying to book our honeymoon at the moment - looking at 3/4 nights in New York then a week to relax in St Lucia. :jNovember Grocery Challenge = £83.47/£1500 -
Can I join?!
H2B proposed on the 6th of October and this weekend we booked our venue, so we are getting married on the 7th September 2013
We are getting married and having the reception in a lovely converted barn in Devon. Hopefully it is going to be a very relaxed day!
Aside from booking the venue we have also booked the registrar for a 12.30 ceremony (the last one left for that date, must be a popular one!).
We have also booked our photographers, H2B's work have a photography department who photographed his brother wedding earlier this year. We are going to meet them later this week to discuss what we actually want and prices, hoping they will do us a good deal!
I have booked to go and try on wedding dresses later in November, hoping to at least get a very good idea what I want with a view to ordering in the New Year.
We have requested quotes of loads of caterers, most coming in far above what we are hoping to spend :S
Luckily we have both pretty much agreed and decided on general theme and decorations, so will be starting on that in the next few months. Hoping maybe trying to complete a couple of tasks a month will make it easier!
Next on my list is getting save the dates sent out, think this is going to be something very simple, printed out in a similar design to what I am thinking of for our invites and including information of nearby hotels so people can book early.
Congratulations to all fellow September 2013 brides and grooms!Expecting Baby No 1 - 20/06/14 - Team Yellow!0 -

Hi All,
I proposed to my gf with a jigsaw that I got made with photos of our times together and the big question on it and she said yes
We're getting married at 2pm 6th September.
Think I'm going to need a lot of your help as I seem to plan everything all the time and I'm already getting stressed
Managed to book the venue and registrar. Going to book our interview tomorrow and have a photographer coming round on Thursday.
As we have family over in Belfast we're thinking of doing the invites next.
I hear a lot of people going on about getting them free from Vistaprint?
How do you get this deal?
Thanks0 -

I wouldn't worry too much! We've only really started in the past few weeks and I'm happy enough with the progress.
Venue booked
Photographer booked
Registrar interview booked.
Save The Date Cards made and ordered (We did the design and getting them printed off a firm on ebay for £8!)
Our main problem is our theme. I'm British and my fiancee is Italian so we want a Brit/Italian theme but don't want it to be too tacky.
We were thinking of green, white, and red balloons on some tables and red, white, blue on others as we want a split but I think it would look like a kids birthday party!
We've decided on Lemon as a colour theme so will just maybe decorate the tables with British and Italian items.
With our photographer they bring a photobooth /studio so people can dress up and have a photo. This is where we plan to use more Brit and Italian props.
They also write a message before going in which is then turned into a guestbook.
Here's an example...

Here's the design my fiancee drew we've used for the stationary...0 -
