just got through so not too grumpy and the lady had a bristol accent which always cheers me up!

I've now been waiting an hour and twenty minutes to get through, this is the third time I've tried to call.

Have work at one so I'm fuming, but I don't want to hang up now with how long I've waited :mad::mad::mad:

Just noticed today that 2 payments have been missed this month, nothing has changed and my renewal was received and processed months ago. I have tried all day to get through, on hold over an hour each time, ended up hanging up. Last time I called I got a message saying they were busy and goodbye. I rely on these payments and will now go overdrawn as my rent comes out on Monday. Has something happened to their payments system I wonder?

tried to ring tax credits about 2 weeks ago to be on hold for 45 mins at god knows what cost then to be told i had the wrong dept in my anger i sent them a letter about my income and up coming changes,and complained about their service as far as i am concerned there is no service,why is it when you have little money that you have to call them surley there should be the option of doing it all online or them calling you back i hasten to add i have not had a reply ,someone needs to do something with this joke of a system.

Waiting times are horrendous right now! Tried to phone at various times on Tuesday and didn't even get put on hold, just told they were too busy and to phone back another time.

Got through yesterday after 45 minutes on hold.

I have returned my renewal form for working tax credit and child tax credit nearly 2 months ago and I have not heard anything from HM Revenue & customs since and I am getting worried.
I also sent my information to Concentrix on behalf of HM Revenue and Customs,case number,

I sent them all my bank statements, payslips, and other information, but I still have not got a reply from any one .

renewed online no payments for last 3 weeks as they have no record of renewing. been on phone for 40 mins and they now say will make paymenet as soon as and defo before 10/09/15? what can i do ?
