    It can take up to 8 weeks however in most cases you should get it within 3-4 weeks.

    Not that it was accurate (for me), but has the "My Account" section stopped displaying each order's cashback schedule and status? (e.g. "Month 6 Unsuccessful" or something like that)

    Or am I just missing the obvious?

    Online has never been updated all the time for my contracts through mobiles co. Its best not to rely on that for doing cashbacks,

    Send e-mails with return receipts and follow entire paths so that you have printable back up to supply along with your legal threat

    Wow - what a contrast with my first claim experience.

    This time (claim 2) I received a "claim accepted" email, clearly identifying mobile number, less than 3 working days after submitting the claim.

    I've been Money Tipped!
    We've had a quick acceptance also, this time with a TalkMobile bill. Just printed, scanned and send via the online claim link and hopefully sorted. Also had a posted Onestopphoneshop one accepted within days ..................... must be Xmas. lol

    Onestopphoneshop cheque (£108+) arrived yesterday, so was fairly quick and without incident. Hopefully Mobiles.co.uk will follow within a week - this one is only small, but still welcome. ;)
