just tell the truth when you call i work in retentions if the customer shouts or lies we are not as willing to help if ya shout at anyone you will not get a good responceliving the brand the virgin brand0

Fair comment and admirable of you for sticking to your morals. However - I used to work in disconnections or "Customer Service" for a major mobile phone company and the guidance/directions that are given are based on the general public opinion which in this case, is that customers have lost a service that they used to have - regardless of whos fault that is.0 -
its understandable the customers will be upset at the loss of there ch but not every customer is upset at the loss most of them just want some thing for nothing there the ones who dont get owtliving the brand the virgin brand0

i have been on the phone best part of the nite but all i got was music finally got to speak to a person i explained that i could get better deals off sky which would incl sky movies & sport also sky one which we did watch in our house a lot. they offered me 10.50 off my current price of 63.25 no bad still not happy about losing sky one.and just found out sky broadband is cheaper so going to phone back. thanks for all your info on this wouldnt have done anything about it if i hadnt got email0

ring retentions you will get a better offer sky broadband is cheap for a reason and that is its not the best virgin media is and sky broadband is not very reliable and its not unlimitedliving the brand the virgin brand0

As a long term cutomer of NTL I just want a good deal
Why cant they just offer us all something better instead of us having to phone and as for Virgin been the best last Friday i was without TV, Phone and BB for 12 hours.0 -
is the service like that all the time or was it just a one of ya get faults with every thing but on average virgin is the best all sky want is your money they dont care about the customer just there moneyliving the brand the virgin brand0

and you are ex ntl your still on there network the broadband from ex telewest was the best but honest the sky broadband is crap and if you do go to then read ALL the small printliving the brand the virgin brand0

I dont want to go and I dont want to phone up begging its not in me to do it But I do think there should be an offer they give to all custemers I pay £37 for Tv and phone and £18 for BB there seems to be far better deals for people who do phone and say they are leaving, and new customers.0
